“Meat Filling 🥩”
• To 2 lbs beef season with + salt + pepper + gerra + garlic powder + onion powder + paprika + green seasoning + cadobeni mix & let sit
• To a pan + oil + beef & add in 5 Garlic + 6 pimento + 1 bunch chive + thyme + 2 tbsp tomato paste + worcheshire sauce + mix & cook for 7 minutes + let sit after its done
Dough 🌽
• To a bowl + 2 C. Promosa + 2 Tbsp Butter + 2 Sprinkes Salt + 2 ½ C. Water bit by bit + Mix till dough is formed & feels like play dough.
Assembly👷🏽♂️
• Add a piece of dough to the press with the 2 oiled fig leaves + press into a falt disk + stuff with filling + either raisins or olives + fold up + wrap in foil + steam for 8 minutes.
